How we handle your information.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us when you visit this website, book a first class, join, use Apex Member USA, use the owner workspace, or contact the academy. That can include your name, email, phone number, emergency contact, waiver and consent records, membership and attendance information, and messages.

Account sign-in uses the email or sign-in link you already have. The owner workspace opens the authentication service in the browser and can keep a saved sign-in credential in secure device storage. Signing out ends that session. It does not delete academy records.

Online membership payments are processed by Stripe for APEX BJJ USA CORP. Card and bank details stay with Stripe. We keep opaque customer, payment, and receipt references so we can see whether a membership is current. We do not collect card numbers in ordinary website or app forms.

How we use information

We use this information to run memberships, bookings, check-ins, billing, support, safety, required records, and communications you ask for or consent to. We also use limited operational data to secure and monitor the service.

Service providers

Current providers include Cloudflare for hosting and security, Stripe for online membership payments, CallRail for call tracking, Apple for App Store distribution, and the authentication service used to sign owners in. They process information under their own terms and our instructions where applicable.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell member information. We share it only to operate the academy, comply with law, protect people or the service, or complete a business transaction with appropriate safeguards. We keep records only as long as needed for operations, legal, tax, payment, dispute, safety, and security purposes.

Membership cancellation is not account deletion

Cancelling a membership stops future Stripe charges. You keep gym access through the period already paid unless the academy confirms a different end date. Your Apex Member USA login can remain so you can review history or rejoin later.

Deleting an account is a separate request. It removes sign-in access and account-profile records used to operate Apex Member USA or the owner workspace. It does not by itself cancel an active membership or stop a Stripe subscription. Cancel billing first, or ask us to do both in the same message.

To cancel a membership, email info@apexbjjatlanta.com, call +1 470-974-0963, or speak to the front desk. To delete an account, use the same contacts, or start a request in Apex Member USA under Account if that screen is available to you. Tell us which email or phone is on the account.

We send a written confirmation after we verify the request. We complete deletion of account-access records within 30 days of that confirmation. Some transaction, waiver, tax, or safety records may need to be retained.
