Who we are

Apex Jiu-Jitsu Atlanta is operated by Apex BJJ USA Corp, a Georgia corporation. Our academy is at 3365 W Hospital Ave, Suite H, Chamblee, GA 30341. You can reach us at (470) 230-3889 or info@apexbjjatlanta.com.

What we collect and why

We collect what we need to run the academy: your name, contact details, date of birth, payment information, and anything you tell us when you sign the in-academy waiver — emergency contact, relevant health information, and photo or video consent.

We use it to schedule classes, take payment, communicate with you, keep you safe on the mat, and improve how we coach. We don't sell your information. We don't share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who we share it with

We rely on third-party platforms to operate. Each has their own privacy policy.

• Glofox — membership, class booking, attendance.
• Stripe (via Glofox Pay) — payment processing.
• Calendly — free-intro scheduling.
• CallRail — phone-call tracking and recording. CallRail plays its own recording disclosure at the start of every call.
• Mailchimp — our newsletter.
• Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel — website and marketing analytics, conversion measurement.
• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery.

We may also share information when required by law, court order, or to defend our rights.

How long we keep it

Active member data: while you're a member, plus what we're required to keep for tax and legal records. Everything else: only as long as it's useful.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your information at any time. Email info@apexbjjatlanta.com with "Privacy" in the subject line and we'll respond within 30 days. The unsubscribe link in any of our emails stops marketing instantly.

If you're a California resident — or in another state with similar privacy law — you have the additional right to opt out of any sharing of your information. Email us as above, or send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser and we'll honor it.

Children's privacy

Our classes are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

Cookies

The website uses cookies from us and from the embedded services listed above — Calendly, Glofox, CallRail, Google Analytics, and the Meta Pixel. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work; some embedded features may not.

Security

We use HTTPS on the website, access controls on the platforms above, and two-factor authentication on our administrative accounts. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects Georgia residents, we'll notify you and the Georgia Attorney General as required by O.C.G.A. § 10-1-910 et seq.

We'll post any material changes here with a new "Last updated" date.
